Increase your positivity!

After attending a conference my husband returned raving about a new way to increase positivity. The five minute journal! It's a simple enough concept but it does genuinely work. By acknowledging what would make your day great it really does give you some positive focus throughout the day. It also helps you be more aware of all the amazing things that you already have in your life. You also get to reflect on what could have better in your day. By looking back to see what could have been improved you feel doubly motivated the next day! I'm really impressed! X
